Chotsani Williams West is the refreshing youth development speaker, workshop facilitator, program manager and advisor that will advance your organization!  She regularly works with teenagers, middle school and elementary school youth and organizations throughout Long Island and NYC within the not-for-profit sector, school districts and the Department of Education. She is approaching 20 years in education and school reform efforts. Youth conferences, workshops and leadership seminars are just a few of the events that Chotsani has been invited to share her expertise.

As a trainer and facilitator, Chotsani will help both leaders and youth obtain a global perspective of how their work today will impact their future tomorrow.  Through role playing, creative and challenging team-building activities, she will help youth visualize themselves in a positive light and as future leaders.
